Actor Ajith Kumar’s Vidaamuyarchi, which launched in theaters on February 6, has had movie buffs gushing about its intriguing plot and high-octane action sequences. The audience complimented Ajith, Trisha Krishnan, Regina Cassandra, and Arjun Sarja’s performances in the Magizh Thirumeni-directed film. However, a part of the crowd gave the action drama lackluster reviews.
Sun TV has confirmed the film’s television premiere, so fans can now watch it from the comfort of their own homes.
Ajith Kumar’s Vidaamuyarchi is set to make its television debut. On April 14.
Vidaamuyarchi, which celebrates Tamil New Year’s Day, will premiere on Sun TV on April 14.

Speaking to a YouTube channel about what Ajith reacted over the film’s response director, Magizh Thirumeni said “Ajith sir is very happy, the producer is very happy, I am so happy, fans are happy, neutral audience are happy… what more could one ask for “.
Vidaamuyarchi is claimed to be inspired by the Hollywood film Breakdown, and director Magizh Thirumeni discussed the story in a recent interview with Hindu Tamil. “This is not my tale. I had originally planned to do an action thriller with Ajith sir as the lead. However, the script was one that Ajith sir offered. The image he carries and the character he portrays in this film are not related. This is not a mass entertainer, so don’t anticipate that. Ajith sir had a vision for this type of film and wanted to make it a reality,” explained Magizh Thirumeni.
He added, “Vidaamuyarchi absolutely complements Ajith sir’s current image. However, if you are looking for a standard superhero flick, this is not it. It’s a story of an ordinary person who develops into a hero, which is what makes it unique. As an action director, I’ve been lucky to work on such compelling stories. I was about to inquire why he chose me for this project, but before I could, Ajith sir responded, “Let us step outside of our comfort zones and create something unique.”
