The Government of Andhra Pradesh, in collaboration with the Global Forum for Sustainable Tourism (GFST), successfully organized the Tourism Tech AI 2.0 Conclave in Vijayawada yesterday. The event marked a significant step toward establishing the state as a global destination for sustainable, cultural, coastal, and wellness tourism.

CM Chandrababu Naidu Highlights Vision for Tourism-Driven Development

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu served as the Chief Guest at the conclave, underlining the importance of leveraging technology and innovation to enhance tourism. The event brought together key national and international stakeholders to discuss strategies for tourism-led growth, employment generation, and global visibility.

Baba Ramdev Praises State’s Tourism Policy

Prominent yoga guru and entrepreneur Baba Ramdev hailed Andhra Pradesh’s tourism policy as one of the most attractive in the country. Calling CM Naidu a visionary leader, he credited the state government for promoting creativity and productivity in its development initiatives.

Baba Ramdev also announced that Patanjali would set up wellness centers across Andhra Pradesh, integrating yoga, Ayurveda, and naturopathy into the tourism ecosystem. He offered to serve as the Brand Ambassador for Andhra Pradesh Tourism, reinforcing his support for the state’s wellness initiatives.

The Tourism Tech AI 2.0 Conclave reflected Andhra Pradesh’s growing focus on sustainable tourism and its unique strengths in culture, nature, and wellness. The state aims to attract global tourists by combining traditional Indian knowledge systems with modern technological innovations.
