Noida Lamborghini Crash: Luxury Car Hits Two Workers

Published on

Noida Lamborghini Crash: In Noida’s Sector 94, a red Lamborghini veered onto the footpath, injuring two construction workers near an under-construction building. The driver, Deepak Kumar, a car dealer from Ajmer, lost control during a test drive. The injured workers, Rambhu and Ravidas, received immediate medical attention and are currently stable.

The luxury vehicle is owned by YouTuber Mridul Tiwari, known for his comedic content on the platform “TheMridul,” boasting nearly 19 million subscribers. Mridul had listed the Lamborghini Huracan for sale, leading to Deepak’s test drive.

Driver’s Response and Arrest

Following the accident, a video surfaced showing Deepak’s dismissive reaction when confronted by bystanders. When asked about the incident, he responded, “Is anyone dead?” This nonchalant attitude sparked public outrage. Police arrested Deepak at the scene and seized the vehicle.

Legal Proceedings

Initially, the FIR did not mention the driver’s name, leading to allegations of a cover-up. Noida Police clarified that the complainant was unaware of Deepak’s identity at the time of filing. Once identified, his name was added to the FIR, and he was charged with rash driving and causing hurt by an act endangering life.

The incident has ignited discussions about the responsibilities of luxury car owners and the potential dangers of high-speed vehicles in urban areas. Many are calling for stricter regulations and awareness to prevent similar accidents in the future.

The Noida Lamborghini crash serves as a stark reminder of the perils associated with reckless driving. It underscores the need for heightened responsibility among drivers, especially when handling high-performance vehicles, to ensure the safety of all road users.
