Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has started the online application process for people seeking allotment of apartments under its Ekamra Residency housing project at Subudhipur.
Applications will remain open until October 31, giving prospective homebuyers an opportunity to participate in the apartment allotment process. The apartments will be allotted through a lottery system.
Ekamra Residency Offers 496 Apartments
The Ekamra Residency project has been developed over approximately 7.34 acres and includes a mix of 2BHK and 2BHK + Study apartments.
Under the current scheme, BDA has invited applications for 496 apartments across two blocks.

BDA Vice-Chairman Chanchal Rana said applications have been invited for all 496 apartments under the project.
“BDA has invited applications for allotment of 496 apartments under the Ekamra Residency project. The apartments will be allotted through a lottery process, and interested applicants can submit their applications online within the stipulated period,” Rana said.
The online system is designed to cover different stages of the allotment process, from submitting applications to scrutiny, lottery, provisional allotment and online payment.
Unique Account Number Mandatory
Applicants must create a Unique Account Number (UAN) to carry out transactions through BDA’s Property Allotment System.
During UAN registration, applicants are required to provide valid documents proving their date of birth and address.
The UAN will be used for transactions and other activities related to the online allotment process.
Ekamra Residency Application Fee and EMD
Applicants are required to pay an application fee of ₹10,000 along with their application.
In addition, applicants must deposit ₹2 lakh as a Security Deposit or EMD according to the applicable terms and conditions.
The required payments must be completed through the prescribed online application process.
How to Apply for Ekamra Residency
Interested applicants can use BDA’s online Property Allotment System to participate in the allotment process.
The application process includes registration, submission of the application and payment of the applicable fee and EMD. Applicants should ensure that their personal details and supporting documents are accurate before submitting the form.
