Stock Market Live: Nifty 50 closes above19,460; investors earned Rs 62000 crore in one day

Stock Market Live Today: Due to weak global cues, Indian stock markets ended the day slightly higher on Wednesday. Senex increased by 137.50 points. Stocks in midcap and smallcap companies also saw buying. The smallcap index on the BSE finished up about 0.52 percent.

As a result, investors’ wealth on the stock market has climbed by about Rs 62,000 crore today. Utility, power, real estate, and IT companies saw the greatest advances among the sectors indices. The metal, telecom, and finance indices, on the other hand, all finished down.

The 30-share index Sensex on the BSE closed up 137.50 points, or 0.21 percent, at 65,539.42 during the most recent trading session. The 50-share Nifty index of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) finished at 19,465 up 30.45 points, or 0.16 percent.

On Wednesday, the combined market value of BSE-listed businesses surpassed Rs 304.36 lakh crore. Monday morning, it was Rs. 303.74 lakh. This resulted in an increase of Rs. 62,000 crores in the market capitalization of BSE-listed companies. To put it another way, the investors made 62,000 crore rupees in a single day.

Today, the Sensex closed higher on 13 out of 30 stocks. Shares of Ultratech Cement increased the most at 2.44 percent in this as well. In addition, today saw advances for the shares of NTPC (NTPC), Tata Motors (Tata Motors), Infosys, and Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M). These shares ended the day higher by 1.55 to 2.04 percent.
