Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha expressed confidence that Bihar will deliver excellent results in the upcoming Assembly elections, reflecting the people’s strong desire for progress and development. Addressing a massive public rally organized for BJP candidates in Ramnagar and Bagaha constituencies, Dr. Saha emphasized that Bihar’s citizens would not allow the return of “jungle raaj” and would instead choose the path of growth led by the BJP.
Bihar Election 2025: People Want Development and Stability
Speaking to an enthusiastic crowd, Dr. Manik Saha predicted a sweeping victory for BJP candidates in the Bihar Assembly elections. “The candidates will win with massive votes. The crowd itself is a testimony. There are 243 seats in Bihar, and voting will take place in two phases on November 6 and 11, while results will be announced on November 14. With Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s support, we can already foresee the outcome,” said Dr. Saha. He further added that the BJP is expected to secure all nine seats in Champaran, a region that holds historical importance as the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi’s Satyagraha Movement. “This year’s results in Bihar will be excellent. People here are filled with excitement and hope,” he said.
Tripura CM Highlights Emotional Bond With Bihar
Reflecting on his personal connection to Bihar, Dr. Saha shared, “In Tripura, we also celebrate Bihar Diwas. Many people from Bihar live in our state. I spent five years studying at Dental Medical College, Patna, and have many friends here. Bihar feels like my second home. It truly is the soul of India, as it has given birth to so many talented individuals.” He also mentioned that before arriving in Bihar, he sought blessings from Tripura Sundari Maa, the presiding deity of Tripura, praying for BJP’s success in Champaran. Drawing parallels between the development in both states, he remarked, “Tripura was once a state plagued by terrorism and unrest. Under PM Modi’s leadership, Tripura became free from CPIM rule in 2018. Today, all terrorists have surrendered, and peace has been restored.”
Bihar Will Witness Excellent Results Due to PM Modi’s HIRA Model
Dr. Saha stated that Tripura is now developing rapidly under the HIRA Model — Highways, Internet, Railways, and Airways — introduced by Prime Minister Modi. He noted that Bihar’s farmers and citizens are also reaping the benefits of various central government schemes. “Bihar has witnessed immense growth over the past few years, and this progress must continue. We are working towards the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, and Bihar will play a key role in achieving it,” he said. He further asserted that the people of Bihar have not forgotten the difficult period of jungle raaj during Lalu Prasad Yadav’s time and will not allow its return. “Only BJP can guarantee sustained development and peace in Bihar,” he declared.

Dr. Saha urged the people of Bihar to vote early and decisively for BJP candidates, ensuring the state’s continued march toward prosperity. “The people of Bihar are intelligent and progressive. They know that only BJP can provide stable governance and long-term growth. Let us work together to make Bihar a shining example of development,” he concluded. The rally was met with enthusiastic chants and strong public participation, signaling growing support for the BJP ahead of the November elections.
