BJP Releases NDA Bihar Manifesto 2025: 1 Crore Govt Jobs, Crorepati Didis, Free Education

The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) officially launched its manifesto for the 2025 Bihar Assembly Elections, unveiling a series of ambitious promises focused on employment, women empowerment, education, farmers’ welfare, and infrastructure development. Released in Patna in the presence of top NDA leaders, the manifesto outlines a comprehensive plan to transform Bihar’s economy and uplift all sections of society.

NDA Bihar Manifesto 2025 Promises 1 Crore Govt Jobs for Youth

The highlight of the NDA Bihar Manifesto 2025 is the assurance of providing one crore government jobs for the youth of Bihar. To make this possible, the NDA plans to establish a mega skills centre in every district to train and upskill young people. These centres will equip Bihar’s youth with globally relevant skills, enabling them to secure employment across the world.
The ruling alliance also aims to transform Bihar into a “Global Skill Training Hub,” aligning its workforce with international standards.

NDA Bihar Manifesto 2025 Focuses on Crorepati Didis and Women Empowerment

Empowering women stands as a major commitment in the NDA Bihar Manifesto 2025. The alliance has promised:

• Financial assistance of up to ₹2 lakh for women entrepreneurs under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana.
• Creation of 1 crore “Lakhpati Didis”, women earning ₹1 lakh annually.
• Launch of Mission Crorepati to help women become crorepatis (earning ₹1 crore).
  These initiatives aim to promote financial independence, self-employment, and women-led growth across Bihar.

Upliftment of Backward Classes and Farmers’ Welfare

The NDA manifesto has proposed a significant financial package for the Extremely Backward Classes (EBCs), promising ₹10 lakh aid for members of various occupational groups. A dedicated committee will be formed to design new welfare schemes for their development.
For farmers, the NDA promises a legal guarantee for Minimum Support Price (MSP) and the launch of the Karpoori Thakur Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, providing ₹3,000 per crop season (₹9,000 annually). The alliance also announced a ₹1 lakh crore investment in agricultural infrastructure to enhance irrigation, storage, and crop management facilities.

Infrastructure Development, Free Education and Connectivity Plans

The NDA’s Bihar Manifesto 2025 also highlights large-scale infrastructure and education reforms:

• Introduction of Metro services in four new cities apart from Patna.
• Establishment of ten new industrial parks to attract investments worth ₹50 lakh crore within five years.
• Commitment to make Bihar a flood-free state through advanced water management systems.
• Construction of a new greenfield international airport near Patna and upgradation of existing airports to international standards.
  In the education sector, the NDA promises free and quality education from kindergarten to post-graduation for students from poor families. The plan includes modern laboratories, nutritious breakfast and mid-day meals in schools to improve learning outcomes.

NDA Bihar Manifesto 2025: A Vision for Prosperous Bihar

The manifesto underlines the NDA’s vision of transforming Bihar into a self-reliant, prosperous state. With a focus on job creation, women empowerment, agricultural progress, and infrastructural growth, the alliance aims to ensure inclusive development.
The Bihar Assembly Elections will take place in two phases on November 6 and 11, with results scheduled for November 14. The NDA hopes this manifesto will inspire confidence among voters and reaffirm its commitment to Bihar’s all-round progress.
