Mahalaya 2022 Today: Mahalaya is celebrated in India by the devotees of Maa Durga. It is started a week before the Durga Puja celebrations begin all over the country. Mahalaya 2022 is observed on the last day of Pitru Paksha. Mahalaya, therefore, means the arrival of Goddess Durga.
