According to the most recent sources, Noel Tata, Ratan Tata’s half-brother, has taken over as the Tata Trust’s new chairman. The decision to name Noel Tata as chairman was made by Tata Trusts members unanimously. Today, the Mumbai Tata Office hosted two meetings. One to honor Mr. Tāta, the other to choose the chairman. A report stated that there was “not even the slightest uncertainty regarding Noel Tāta’s appointment.”

Noel Naval Tata, an Irish businessman of Indian descent, was born in 1957. He currently holds the positions of managing director at Tata International, vice chairman at Titan Company, and chairman of Trent and Tata Investment Corporation. Additionally, He is now the new chairman of Tata Trusts as well.
