OPSC ASO Result 2022 List: Orissa High Court stay on final Result

Cuttack: OPSC ASO Result 2022 List: Today, The Orissa High Court issued a stay on the final publication of the mark of the Assistant Section Officer (ASO) Exam 2022 by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC).

The Orissa court directed the exam conducting authority OPSC to continue the computer proficiency test which is to be conducted on December 4, 2022.

Notably, Today hearing a fresh petition filed by candidates challenging the ASO cut-off mark in the selection process. The High Court ordered that OPSC cannot publish the OPSC ASO Result 2022 without the permission of the High Court.

Remarkably, the Orissa High Court had suppressed the petitions filed by candidates alleging irregularities in the selection process of the ASO examination. A new petition was filed in court by several candidates. The High Court had heard the hearing on November 30, 2022, but later postponed it to December 2, 2022.

According to the notification the OPSC, the computer skill test will be conducted from 10.30 am to 11.30 am (10.30 A.M. to 11.50 A.M. for PWD candidates) on 04.12.2022.
