BSNL 4G Services at ₹1: Apply Now Free 30-Day Offer Diwali Bonanza Plan

Published on

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched an attractive Diwali Bonanza Plan offering new customers BSNL 4G Services at ₹1. Under this festive offer, users can enjoy one month of free 4G service, including unlimited voice calls, 2GB of high-speed data per day, 100 SMS per day, and a free SIM card. The offer is valid from October 15 to November 15, 2025, and aims to attract new users to BSNL’s recently upgraded Make-in-India 4G network.

How to Apply for BSNL 4G Services at ₹1

To avail of BSNL 4G Services at ₹1, interested users must visit their nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre (CSC). The process involves requesting the Diwali Bonanza Plan, paying the nominal ₹1 activation fee, completing KYC verification with valid ID proof, and collecting the SIM card. Once activated, users will enjoy 30 days of complimentary 4G service from the date of activation.

Eligibility Criteria for BSNL ₹1 4G Offer

The offer is exclusively available for new BSNL customers. The complimentary benefits are valid for the first 30 days only, after which regular tariff charges will apply. Applicants must provide KYC documents as per Department of Telecommunications (DoT) guidelines to activate the SIM. Each applicant is eligible for one connection under this promotional scheme.

BSNL’s 4G Expansion and Atmanirbhar Bharat Vision

BSNL’s CMD, A. Robert J. Ravi, emphasized that the new 4G network rollout aligns with the government’s Atmanirbhar Bharat mission, featuring an entirely Make-in-India telecom infrastructure. The company expects improved network speed and reliability to strengthen customer confidence and expand BSNL’s presence in rural and urban regions alike.

BSNL’s Market Performance and Growth Outlook

In recent months, BSNL’s growth trajectory has shown strong momentum. In August 2025, the telecom operator added over 1.38 lakh new mobile users, surpassing Airtel in net customer additions for that month. As India’s total telecom subscriber base reached 122.45 crore, BSNL continues to position itself as a competitive player, offering affordable alternatives amid rising tariffs by private telecom providers.
