India Sends Strong Message Against Terrorism Through Global Delegations

Three of the seven Indian multi-party delegations dispatched to spread the country’s firm and united stance against terrorism have returned home after completing their international missions. These delegations engaged with foreign governments, senior officials, think tanks, global media, and the Indian diaspora to reinforce India’s position.

Sanjay Jha-Led Delegation Returns After Successful Asia Tour

The delegation headed by JD(U) MP Sanjay Jha concluded its visit to five key Asian nations — Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Speaking to the media upon return, Mr. Jha emphasized that the unified front displayed by sending an all-party delegation underlines India’s national consensus on the fight against terrorism. He added that they strongly advocated for the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) to take concrete steps against Pakistan.

Supriya Sule Heads Talks in Egypt and Arab League

The team led by NCP (SP) MP Supriya Sule held high-level discussions with Egypt’s Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty and the Secretary General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit. In an interaction organized by former Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy, the delegation engaged with leading intellectuals, media figures, and policy influencers. Ms. Sule reaffirmed India’s unwavering stance against terrorism and appreciated Egypt’s continued support. She highlighted that India has consistently reached out in peace, but Pakistan’s conduct has led to significant setbacks.

Delegations Continue Diplomatic Outreach in Europe and the US

Another delegation, headed by BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, is presently in Brussels, holding talks with EU leaders and Belgian authorities. Discussions have focused on terrorism, particularly cross-border threats and the recent Pahalgam terror attack. Meanwhile, an all-party delegation led by Congress MP Dr. Shashi Tharoor has reached Washington, DC. Their mission includes meetings with US lawmakers, policymakers, think tanks, and media to update them on Operation Sindoor and India’s firm position on terrorism.
