Ink thrown at Odisha CM Patnaik’s private secretary VK Pandian in Puri districts

Puri: Ink was thrown at private secretary to Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik VK Pandian and Puri district collector Samarth Verma on Saturday, according to the police.

While attending a function at Utkalmani Gopabandhu Smruti Mahavidyalaya in Satyabadi neighborhood of Puri district, VKPandian, an IAS officer from the 2000 batch who also served as the 5T secretary, was involved in an incident.

Bhaskar Sahoo, a resident of the village of Haripur in the Kanas block of the district’s Satyabadi assembly segment, was named as the individual who is accused of throwing ink at the IAS officers. Sahoo was detained after being overcome by the cops. This young man has done this at the behest of a political party.

But despite reprimands, 5T secretaries VK Pandian showed their magnanimity by performing their duties. But, 5th Secretary VK Pandian listened to the problems of the people with a smile and shook hands with the crowd.
