PM Modi Inaugurates ESTIC 2025 in New Delhi

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Emerging Science, Technology and Innovation Conclave (ESTIC) 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi on Monday.

The three-day event, held from November 3 to 5, brings together over 3,000 participants from academia, research institutions, industry, and government. The conclave also features the participation of Nobel laureates and eminent scientists from across the globe.

Focus on 11 Key Thematic Areas

Deliberations at ESTIC 2025 revolve around 11 thematic areas, including Advanced Materials and Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, Blue Economy, and several other frontier fields. The discussions aim to strengthen India’s innovation ecosystem and encourage collaboration between global and domestic experts.

Vision Document and Coffee Table Book Released

During the inauguration, Prime Minister Modi released a Vision Document outlining India’s roadmap for scientific advancement, along with a coffee table book highlighting the nation’s achievements in science and technology.

₹1 Lakh Crore RDI Scheme Fund Launched

In a landmark announcement, the Prime Minister launched the ₹1 Lakh Crore Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) Scheme Fund. The initiative seeks to foster a private sector–driven R&D ecosystem in India, boosting innovation, job creation, and global competitiveness.

The ESTIC 2025 marks a pivotal moment in India’s journey toward becoming a global leader in science, technology, and innovation.
