The Rulers were introduced to the Ultimate Ruler competition, with the winner set to receive significant decision-making authority inside the Tower while remaining safe from the fall that week.

Before the competition could begin, however, the Rulers had to identify the contestant they considered the weakest decision-maker.

Siwet quickly became a major target. Several Rulers selected him, while Karan Patel identified Shehzad as his target. The voting process also exposed the growing tension between Siwet and Shehzad, whose relationship had changed after initially planning to play the game together.

Siwet was ultimately identified as the weakest decision-maker and removed from the Ultimate Ruler race. He was then given an opportunity to name another Ruler he considered the weakest decision-maker and selected Shehzad.
