BJP to Celebrate 45th Foundation Day in Uttar Pradesh on April 06
Lucknow: On Sunday, the BJP will commemorate its 45th foundation day with a number of events throughout Uttar Pradesh. Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, the state president of the BJP, announced on Saturday that a state-level committee had been established to supervise the programs. Sanjay Rai, the state general secretary of the party, has been appointed as the committee’s convenor.
The BJP was founded on April 6, 1980.
Chaudhary stated that party members would raise the party flag at their residences and adorn offices around the state.
At the district level, there will also be an exhibition on the BJP’s triumphant journey. At each booth on Monday, the party workers would present flower tributes to Bharat Mata, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, and Syama Prasad Mookerjee. Every assembly constituency will have conferences of active members on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The conferences will cover the BJP’s organizational and electoral growth, the changes the party has brought about in Indian politics, and the development of a developed India under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 11 years in office.
Program participants will include senior employees, primary and active members, booth committee members, and “panna pramukhs.”
Senior staff members will also speak at the booth level. Participants in the programs will include ministers, MPs, MLAs, party office-bearers, and other notable personalities.
