BSKY Nabin Card Apply Online: The BSKY scheme is being expanded in phases so that there is timely service delivery and optimal utilisation of public and private health facilities.


In subsequent phases of expansion, urban families as well as other left-out categories including government servants and pensioners will be covered under BSKY, to fulfil the dream of our Hon’ble Chief Minister of providing universal health coverage for the people of Odisha.

ABOUT BSKY NABIN CARD

AII rural families (except regular government employees, government pensioners and income
taxpayers) presently not covered under BSKY are eligible for “BSKY NABIN CARD”.

Beneficiaries with “BSKY NABIN CARD” are entitled to get cashless treatment for identified critical diseases like as, Heart diseases, kidney Diseases, Liver diseases, Brain Stroke, Severe Head Injury, Brain Tumour, Burns Management, Nerve and muscle Diseases & Cancer at all empanelled private hospitals both inside & outside Odisha.


BSKY NABIN CARD will provide cashless treatment of Rs.5 lakh per annum per family and additional Rs.5 lakh for women members of the family.B5KY NABIN CARD holders will get cashless coverage at empanelled private hospitals with effect from 1st May 2024.

Who can apply for BSKY NABIN CARD

  • No family member should be an income taxpayer during FY 2022-23.
  • No family member should be a regular government employee or government pensioner.
  • No family member should be part of the existing BSKY beneficiaries or Ration Card holder.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION BSKY NABIN

Registration should be done in the name of the “Head of the Family.” Any members above the age of 18 can apply for BSKY-NABIN on behalf of the family.

  • The applicant must have an Aadhaar card, linked with an active mobile number.
  • Aadhaar-based E-KYC is mandatory for the applicant.
  • Voter ID card for all family members above 18 years of age.
  • The applicant and the Head of the Family must have valid mobile number to receive important communications.
  • Recent photograph of the applicant as well as the Head of the Family or captured directly by the system).
  • Aadhaar card for all family members, including children under 5 years.

In case an Aadhaar card for children under 5 years is not available, an undertaking must be submitted to provide an Aadhaar card number by 30.06.2024.

WHERE TO APPLY BSKY NABIN CARD

The eligible family can apply for BSKY-NABIN CARD in two different methods.
Self-registration:

  • Applicants can visit www.bskynabin.odisha.gov.in and do self-registration. Applicant may take help of helpdesk support for technical assistance.

Mo-Seva Kendra:

  • Mo-Seva Kendra: Applicant can visit to nearest MSK centre to apply for a BSKY-NABIN CARD without any registration fees.

All applications are to be made online only. There will be no offline receipt of applications.

WHEN TO APPLY NABIN CARD

The registration portal at www.bskynabin.odisha.gov.in will open on the 6th of January 2024 and will close on the 16th of January 2024.
All applications must be submitted online between 6th and 16th January 2024.
