Subhadra Yojana Online Application on subhadra.odisha.gov.in: The Odisha government’s Subhadra Yojana is a welfare program designed to help women and marginalized populations in the state’s economic situation. Through financial support, skill development, and other forms of aid, the program seeks to empower women and increase their involvement in the economy. Subhadra Yojana aims to improve the lives of those it serves and advance gender equality by focusing on the most disadvantaged segments of society. This helps to further Odisha’s overall development.

Eligibility Criteria: Who can apply for Subhadra Yojana

The women beneficiary meet the following eligibility criteria to benefits of this yojana:

  • The Subhadra yojana applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
  • The applicant should be under the National Food Security or State Food Security Scheme.
  • Any applicant from a family without a ration Card can apply under Subhadra if her family income is not more than Rs. 2.50 lakh only.
  • The applicant’s age should be 21 years or more and less than 60 years as on 01.07.202. the applicant must be born on 02.07.1964 or later and born on 01.07.2003 or earlier. The date of birth in the Aadhaar card is only valid of her age.

Ineligibility for Subhadra Yojana Odisha 2024

  • Any applicant of subhadra receiving financial assistance as pension, scholarship etc. of Rs.1500 per month or more or Rs.18,000 per annum or any State or Central Government Scheme is not eligible.
  • Any woman who either herself or whose family member is a current or former MP or MLA.
  • An Income Tax Payee is not eligible.
  • An elected public representative in any Urban Local Body or Panchayati Raj. Whereas Ward Member and Councillor can apply this scheme.
  • Employed as a regular or contractual employee in State Government or Government of India or Public Sector Undertaking or Board or Local Body or Government Organization or is receiving pension after retirement is not eligile.
  • An owner of a four wheeler vehicle except tractors, mini-trucks, small commercial vehicles and other similar light goods vehicles can apply.
  • Also, family of the applicant owns more than five acres of irrigated land or ten acres of non-irrigated land is not eligible.

Requirements Documents for Subhadra Yojana Online

  • The applicant have own Aadhaar card.
  • Aadhaar linked mobile number.
  • Bank Account: They must have a single holder bank account with Aadhaar-enabled and DBT-enabled.

Subhadra Yojana application process:

  • The applications may be offline through a printed form and online through the SUBHADRA portal. Subhadra Yojana Online Application https://subhadra.odisha.gov.in
  • Application forms will be made available free of cost at Anganwadi Centres, Block Offices, Urban Local Body Offices, Mo Seba Kendras, CSC.
  • The applicant will have to fill the form and submit the same at the nearest Mo Seba Kendra and Common Service Centre.
  • All applications collected will be verified against the database available with the Government and also through field enquiry, if required.
  • All applicants under SUBHADRA, submit undertakings, and e-KYC.
  • All eligible beneficiaries can complete the ekyc through the SUBHADRA Mobile application by providing their Aadhaar number.

Yes, all workers as ASHA, Anganwadi Worker, CRP, MBK, etc. and all those engaged through outsourcing agencies can eligible under this Scheme.
