PM Modi and President Murmu Extend Warm Greetings on Foundation Days of States
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Droupadi Murmu today extended heartfelt greetings to the people of several Indian states and Union Territories celebrating their formation days. President Murmu’s Message on Formation Day
President Droupadi Murmu also conveyed her warm greetings to the people of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Puducherry on their Formation Day.
In a post shared from the official handle of the President of India, she said, “Warm greetings to the people of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Puducherry on their Formation Day! Each of these regions has made remarkable contributions to India’s progress. May these states and Union Territories continue to achieve new milestones in their journey of development. I extend my best wishes for the continued prosperity and well-being of all their residents.”
Her message echoed the spirit of unity in diversity and reaffirmed the government’s vision for inclusive national progress.
PM Modi Foundation Day Greetings to Haryana and Other States
On Haryana Day, Prime Minister Modi called the state a “historic land that sets an example for the entire nation.” He lauded the state’s hardworking farmers, brave soldiers, and ambitious youth for their contribution to India’s growth. “I wish happiness and prosperity for everyone in Haryana, a state rapidly advancing toward a brighter future,” he said.
Similarly, marking Chhattisgarh’s 25th foundation anniversary, the Prime Minister praised its deep connection to nature and tradition. He noted how regions once affected by Naxalism have transformed into thriving centers of progress. “The commitment and enterprise of Chhattisgarh’s people will play a crucial role in achieving India’s vision of a developed nation,” he stated.

Extending warm wishes to Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi referred to the people of the state as “family members” and praised their rich culture and historical legacy. He said that the state, located “in the heart of India,” has shown remarkable progress across sectors. “I am confident the talented people here will continue contributing significantly to our nation’s development,” he said.
On Kerala Piravi, PM Modi acknowledged Kerala’s global reputation for creativity, innovation, and cultural diversity. He admired the state’s natural beauty and its long-standing traditions, wishing, “May the people of Kerala always be blessed with good health and success.”
