The local police, on the other hand, moved quickly once the video became popular on social media. Police have arrested the woman’s father-in-law after starting an inquiry.

Charges were filed, according to the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) in Modinagar. He stated that the father-in-law had been apprehended and that efforts were being made to apprehend all other individuals involved in the case.
