PM Kisan 13th Installment to release on Feb 27

PM Kisan 13th Installment : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 13th installment of around Rs 16,000 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan San Saman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) when he visits Karnataka on February 27.

In addition, the Prime Minister will inspect Shivamogga Airport. He then launched several projects in the city and laid its foundation stones. He will lay the foundation and focus on numerous development projects in Belagavi.

The inauguration of the Shivamogga airport will further the Prime Minister’s emphasis on improving air connectivity across the country. The new airport has been developed at a cost of Rs 450 crore. The passenger terminal building of the airport can handle 300 passengers per hour.

PM Modi will lay the groundwork for two railway projects in Shivamogga. This includes the new Shivamogga – Shikaripura – Ranebennur railway line and the Koteganguru railway depot.

The Prime Minister lays the foundation stone for many development projects. The project, to be developed at a cumulative cost of over Rs 215 crore, involves the construction of a new bypass road at Shikaripura town on National Highway 766C, connecting Byndur and Ranibennur. Extension of NH-169A from Megaravalli to Agumbe. Construction of a new bridge at Bharathipura in Thirthahally on NH 169.

During the programme, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of a multi-village scheme worth over Rs 950 crore under the Jal Jeevan Mission. This includes launching a multi-village scheme for Gowthamapura and 127 other villages and laying foundation stones for three more multi-village schemes to be developed at a total cost of over Rs 860 crore.

The Prime Minister will also launch 44 smart city projects worth over Rs 895 crore in Shivamogga city.

PM Kisan 13th Installment Release Date 2023

The 13th installment of approximately ₹16,000 under PM-KISAN will be released through direct benefit transfer to beneficiaries of ₹8 or more. The Prime Minister will dedicate the renovated building of Belagavi Railway Station to the nation. The railway station has been renovated at a cost of around Rs 190 crore and offers world-class amenities to passengers.

Another railway project dedicated to the nation by the Prime Minister is the railway doubling project between Londa-Belagavi-Ghataprabha section in Belagavi. Developed at an estimated cost of Rs 930 crore, the project will increase line capacity along the busy Mumbai – Pune – Hubballi – Bengaluru railway line and lead to increased business, commercial and economic activities in the region.

He will also lay the foundation stone of six multi-village projects under the Jal Jeevan Mission in Belagavi. The project will be developed at a cumulative cost of around Rs 1,585 crore and will benefit a population of 8.8 lakh people in more than 315 villages.
