IMD: Northwest India to Witness Rising Temperatures Over Next 3 Days

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted a gradual rise in maximum temperatures by up to 5.7°C across Northwest India over the next three days.

IMD: Weather Forecast for Other Regions

  • Thunderstorms with gusty winds and lightning are expected at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Konkan & Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat Region, Tripura, and Kerala today.
  • Heatwave conditions are likely in Saurashtra and Kutch.
  • Hot and humid conditions may prevail in Assam, Tripura, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Mahe.

With rising temperatures and extreme weather patterns, IMD advises residents to take necessary precautions against heat-related illnesses.
