IPL 2025 Opening Ceremony March 22: One of the most awaited cricket leagues in the world, the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, will begin on March 22, 2025, with a lavish opening ceremony held at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Ten franchise teams are participating in the tournament’s 18th edition, which promises to be an exciting season of Twenty20 cricket.
In contrast to other versions, IPL 2025 will be a season-long event with opening ceremonies at each of the 13 venues. Following the opening ceremony, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), the reigning champions, will take against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the inaugural match.
