World Homoeopathy Day: Ministry of Ayush To Host Scientific Convention

New Delhi: The Ministry of AYUSH’s Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy will host a scientific conference in commemoration of World Homoeopathy Day on 10th April, 2023. The scientific congress will be opened by Vice President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, and Minister of Ayush and Ports, Shipping & Waterways Shri Sarbananda Sonowal will be present. Dr. Manoj Rajoria, Member of Parliament, Secretary Ayush Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, and MoS for Ayush and WCD Dr. Munjpara Mahendrabhai will also participate.

The 268th anniversary of the birth of Dr. Christian Fredrich Samuel Hahnemann, the creator of homoeopathy, is celebrated on World Homoeopathy Day. “Homoeoparivar- Sarvajan Swasthya, One Health, One Family” is the convention’s theme.

The convention’s delegates would include industrialists, practitioners, students, researchers in the field of homoeopathy, and representatives of numerous homoeopathic societies. The MoUs will be exchanged between CCRH and a number of homoeopathic colleges as well as between CCRH and the Keralan government’s Directorate of Homoeopathy. Additionally, on this occasion, one documentary, one portal, and eight CCRH publications will be published.

Numerous sessions on policy issues, homoeopathy’s growth, research findings, and clinical experiences in homoeopathy will be held during the convention.

The eminent speakers such as Sh. Ajit M Sharan, IAS, Former Secretary, Ministry of Ayush, Sh. Rahul Sharma, IAS, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ayush, Dr. Sangeeta A. Duggal, Advisor (Homoeopathy), Ministry of Ayush, Dr. Raj K. Manchanda, Director (Ayush), Delhi & Former DG, CCRH, Dr. Anil Khurana, Charman, NCH & Former DG, CCRH, Dr. Subhash Kaushik, DG, CCRH, Dr. Shailendra Saxena, Vice Dean,Ā Professor & Head, Centre for Advanced Research,Ā King Georgeā€™s Medical University, Lucknow, Dr. Subhas Singh, Director, National Institute of Homoeopathy, Kolkata, etc. will also deliver their lectures during the event.

The zonal World Homoeopathy Day festivities will take place in five sites across India after this flag-off ceremony at Vigyan Bhawan. Through discussions among numerous important stakeholders, this scientific conference will provide light on a future roadmap for homoeopathic integration in research, teaching, and integrative treatment.
