The restrictions have been imposed under Section 28 of the Odisha Urban Police Act and Regulation 36 of the Commissionerate Traffic and Public Order rules.

According to his schedule, the minister will lay the foundation stone for the National Forensic Science University (NFSU) and the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) campus in Bhubaneswar at Jatni in Khurda district on Friday.

He will also virtually inaugurate the NFSU transit campus in Bhubaneswar and an exhibition on the new criminal laws in the state capital on March 6.

In addition, Shah will launch several projects related to the cooperation and other departments. Officials said he will also attend a CISF event at Mundali in Cuttack.
