Supreme Court issued notice to Odisha Govt and CBI on Chit fund case
New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India issued notices to both the Odisha Government and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the crore chit fund scam.
To the court regarding the steps taken by the government Notice is issued to inform. To this event even after 10 years, all the depositors got their money back there was an allegation of not being there. The state government is also investigating
A division bench of Supreme Court Judge Justice MR. Shah and Justice Krishna Murari’s jury gave this order. The next hearing on the matter has been posted for November 14. The petitioner in the case was represented by a lawyer and activist Prashant Bhushan.
